Kevin A. Kelley is an experienced and dedicated attorney with over six years of litigation experience, practicing family law and immigration law. He is known for his strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and his ability to connect with clients empathetically while providing exceptional legal representation.

Kevin is licensed to practice law in Florida and New Jersey. He holds a Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Marshall University in Political Science and Criminal Justice.

Before founding Kelley Law, P.A., Kevin served as a senior attorney at Kenny Leigh & Associates and with Sodoma Law Group, where he managed a diverse caseload involving family law matters, led a trial team, mentored associate attorneys, and supervised legal staff.

In addition to his extensive courtroom experience, Kevin has handled complex legal research, strategic planning, negotiation, and mediation. When he's not practicing law, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres.
